These terms govern your use of ScopeKit, provided by ScopeKit. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

ScopeKit helps you write, price, export and share project proposals. You are responsible for the content of your proposals, including prices, taxes, dates and terms you offer your clients. ScopeKit calculates totals from the figures you enter but does not provide legal, tax or financial advice.

Your account

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date.

Acceptable use

Do not use ScopeKit to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam or malicious content, or try to access other users’ data or disrupt the service.

Your content

You own the content you create. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, including generating PDFs and share links you request.

Plans and payment

The Free plan includes a limited number of new proposals each calendar month, as described on the pricing page.
Pro is a monthly subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and Paddle’s buyer terms apply to purchases.
You can cancel at any time. Pro features remain available until the end of the paid period; we do not offer partial refunds except where required by law.
We will give notice before changing prices for existing subscribers.

Availability

We work to keep ScopeKit available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copies of important proposals, for example as PDFs.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or contracts.

Ending your use

You can stop using ScopeKit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
